I booked a week ahead as it was a public holiday in SA and difficult to get table in Stellies without booking. Arrived on time, waited awhile to be seated before anyone noticed us. Enquired if we had booking, my name at top of list. "Manager looks around confused and takes off to table in corner. No table settings or reserved plaque like others thus you were not aware/prepared for us. Really spoiled the evening for me as I went through the process of booking a table for last evening with my family. Should most definitely have gone and booked Fat Butcher around corner again but thought we'd give you a try.

Service was rather poor, we had to keep looking for staff to attend to us and some of them didn't always seem to really focus on what they needed to do.
