    The food was good; however, the service was extremely disappointing. The waiter did not introduce himself, rarely checked on our table, and served our meals without cutlery or basic condiments such as salt and pepper. There were large flies at our table, and despite our visible discomfort, no one attended to us or lit the citronella candle until I personally had to get up and request it. After we finished eating, our plates remained on the table for over an hour. Overall, the service was very poor and significantly detracted from the experience.

    When I made the booking, I notified the person that this is for my mother's birthday. We arrived at the outside seating, only table & chairs, no placemat / utensils. Does not even look like part of a restaurant. Empty & impersonal. Extra toppings on pizza was not done as requested. After we received our food, the waiter forget about us.
