    Food was cold or undercooked. One meal didn't arrive at all so taken off the bill. Last year's experience was fantastic, this year was totally the opposite

    Appalling service, extremely unprofessional conduct by the wait satff and although the restaurant was not busy, it was extremely dirty. Staff were standing around watching the soccer match and chatting while the tables and floors were filthy. Staff were more interested in running around, leaving the premises and standing on the roadside shouting across to patrons at the oceans mall everytime Orlando pirates won rather than serving the customers. Won't be going back

    Doppio Zero never disappoints. Food was absolutely delicious. Even though they were so busy they managed to still give 5 star service. Thanks for making our Mother's Day lunch so special.

    Albeit a booking the restaurant did not acknowledge my booking when I gave my name to the waitress. She then told me to sit at a table the was dirty with dirty water dropped on the chairs. It was water falling from the fan. Then we was moved to another table. We then asked for a normal menu as they only gave us one breakfast menu to shar between us. The menu never arrived, no waitron came back to serve us. We got the attention of one waitress and she told us she will come to us when we asked for the menu. Instead of her giving us the menu and then taking an order at the next table, she ignored us and continued taking an order. We sat for about 15 minutes with no one interested in serving us so we got up and left and went to another restaurant in the Pearls in the same area.

    My daughter and I had an amazing time, from our waitress Neli to management Ntuthuko you guys made us feel at home like VIP guests. We will certainly come back.
