    Waiter was good. However the manager was horrible. Food was cold. Was not topped up. Dishes were not cleared. Food was taken away before I was done eating. We have people arrive paid for breakfast however there wasn't anything to eat. Management needs a change. Absolutely rude and unethical

    This place does not deserve any stars Menu advertised for Father’s Day and the food served were not the same. The manager Nkosi gave me attitude when I questioned the menu The food was old and stale And smelling like it was going off Very disappointing Non of the desserts as advertised was served All the meat had the same sauce /gravy of some sort No sushi as well Just an awful experience overall Especially from management

    Hi,The food was terrible and cold..It was Father's day breakfast and it was terrible ..the food was cold..we got there at 10.35am ..hence online booking advised that breakfast is from 8-11am.. we had to leave and did not pay the bill except for the coffee and the staff was also smelling with alcohol .The muffins and waffles was hard .

    It has potential to be improved. Dessert was very dry, and vanilla sponge cake tasted like it had been made for days. The plates looked like side plates. Their buffet was limited, had not much varieties. The place is cozy and nice. Service needs to be improved, such as having 2 female waiters.

    Attended the Father’s Day lunch buffet..the reviews are accurate. I would not recommend nor would I return. 1. The food was enjoyable for the most part, however the menu advertised is not what is served. This appears to be a common problem and the establishment seems to have no issue with false advertising. While the food may still be good, people make bookings based on the menu advertised. There are no starters whatsoever, nor are there any bread / rolls as indicated. 2. The service is awful. The first lunch sitting was supposed to start at 11:30. The food was only put out at 12h00 and a pasta dish that had already been served at a previous sitting was still left out, cold and dry. Food wasn’t refilled timeously and when one dish ran out they would replace it with a different dish. Therefore some patrons did not have certain dishes. The desserts advertised were not present. They simply purchased a few cakes from the spar next door, put them out and didn’t have the right utensils to properly cut the said cakes. 3. The staff were not particularly attentive. The food station constantly ran out of clean plates and the plates were put out still wet. An automatic 10% tip was added to the bill, however when paying using the card machine, the server discreetly asked if we could pay the tip in cash. The server explained that the service staff did not receive the tips as indicated on the bill!! This is appalling! While the food is enjoyable, the false advertising and poor service completely ruin the experience.
