    Booked and paid for Christmas lunch for 3, but the experience was a disaster. Arrived at 11:30, table not ready, and had to wait 30mins for food. Buffet didn't match the menu, and the food was HORRIBEL. Still charged for the buffet despite pre-paying. Poor service, poor food, poor experience. Would NOT recommend.

    This was the worst experience i have ever had. Our Christmas was ruined. The manager was so rude! We were there at 1:30 and she told us she will be ready at 2. My mom is an amputee and she didnt even try to accommodate us,we had to walk all the way back to the car and then still everything was late, they were not infact ready for anything.there was no table cloths glasses, crackers or anything promised, we were shoved in a corner, the Food was late, no plates, and because mum cant walk properly we waited for everyone before we could go eat and there was no food at all, and the food was not what the menu promised . the chefs and managers disappeared and were no where to be found. People were pushing and mum even got hurt. This is the worst experience and will never recommend this place to any one, do yourself and favour and save your money. We had to go som Else and hope it was open! 0/10

    We were there for the Christmas buffet. It was good portion sizes, however, not all the advertised food was available.

    Unfortunately, our Christmas lunch experience was extremely disappointing due to poor organisation and lack of communication. According to the menu, lunch was meant to start at 13:30. When I spoke to the lady running things (who I assume was the manager), she then said it would only start at 14:00. We were already seated at 13:00, only to be told to get up and wait while things were “sorted out”. By 14:00, we were still standing around waiting, with no clear direction or communication. There were no visible staff in uniform, no name tags, and no one clearly managing guests. We only actually started eating around 14:30–14:45, which is far later than what was advertised. The food service itself was also confusing. Starters and mains were served together on one plate, rather than in courses. There was no communication about desserts at all — no indication of whether we needed to go and collect them or wait to be served. Overall, the experience felt disorganised and unprofessional, especially for a Christmas lunch that people plan and look forward to. Sadly, this is not a place I would return to or recommend.

    Xmas lunch we never got to eat thank god the food was finish because it did not look good.we where told it's getting ready and you it's buffet. The tables where put out in the mall. Very unorganized table setting. We asked for a refund which the manager did give us lso meaning 4 other people. We had 5 star Xmas lunch at spur. NOT recomened

    We made a booking for 27 people yesterday and going by the images we saw on Google we expected quiet alot and received absolutely pathetic service.i paid R7200 and expected at least what was on the menu sent to me but firstly we got there at 1pm then was asked to wait outside until another hour.Got in at 2pm and it was far over another 30min and NO food was served. Entire buffet was empty.. Tables NOT set.. The reason people book out is to get good service. Around 3pm I had 2 scream as my booking was from 2pm until 3:30pm then food stared to come but what scrap.. Whatever was on the menu never came to the buffet and even down to desserts never did but only ice cream was served. This place is situated in a place that is highly recommended but the service was disgraceful. My entire family was upset. I will never be eating there again and have now learnt NOT to believe everything u see on sites coz they use false pics.
