    From warm sparkling water to off red wine and inedible undercooked calamari….. very disappointing The herbed olives were really good and complimentary bread with different butters yum

    Disappointed as I was visiting for my boyfriend’s birthday, the Tomahawk steak was not available. The waiter recommended the grill with pap to my boyfriend and the meat was not cooked very well. The dish was dry. I enjoyed my meal which was steak however it was an overall let down my boyfriend’s meal was not great. I also was charged the full bill without the deduction of my deposit. I didn’t realise this until I got home. We had asked for a sauce for my boyfriend’s meal and this was forgotten about by the FOH team, we didn’t receive it. Some cocktails were also not available. Also worth mentioning I booked well in advance and requested a particular seat only to be told on arrival that they will “try” and see if a seat is available outside, clearly booking notes are not considered. I also was asked by one of the staff when she was clocking out of her shift to be “quick” with photos when we were on our way out, I travelled all the way from London to visit, and paid for my time there, I think not.

    Super duper light lunch while view THE mountain. The staff made us feel welcome without being overbearing. When our cocktails were too sweet the barman picked up on it without as even asking, he offered to "fix" the problem . Now that is what you call customer service. Good food, great service. Thank you. We will be a back!
