    Dining at Embarc was truly a gift. Every dish was a burst of flavor, and it was almost impossible to choose because everything on the menu sounded so appealing. In the end, not a single dish disappointed. I’ve since recommended the restaurant to friends, and they were just as enthusiastic. I’d definitely recommend making a reservation!

    What a wonderful mothers day experience. The food, service and staff were excellent. It was fully booked, so I suggest book.

    We selected Embarc having read of the Luxe Award received by the restaurant. The experience certainly didn't match our expectations. When booking, I specifically noted my allergy on the booking form, and this was TWICE served to me, even after having to send the food back the first time. The staff were watching soccer on their phones at the waiters station, which was very distracting. They then proceeded to close up the restaurant around us. I would expect a great service experience, which we certainly didn't get, particularly having been awarded. Very disappointing.

    Having been 3 times in two weeks I feel qualified to review the restaurant. The only reason to go is for the food. The food in 5 star on every level the presentation, the quality and the flavours. The Serivce is mediocre at best with the servers being inattentive, gloomy faced, not informed and almost like being there was an effort. Also the ambiance is non existent and in two occasions the restaurant was ice cold like eating in a cold store room. I wish the owners could correct it as this is really worth going to
