    I booked and arrived at Embarc with a personal and high expectation. And in saying that, Every element of Embarc exceeds everything you hope for it to be. The front of house are brilliant and it complimented the incredible food that left the kitchen. And don’t get me started on the wine selection. Damn! I was blown away. Every bite I had took me on a journey through the senses. They mention on the menu that it was created as a team who is passionate about food, and the moment I placed my fork and knife down, I was able to taste and replay that passion and love through each and every bite I had. I will Highly recommend Embarc to anyone looking to enjoy a truly exceptional plate of food. I cannot wait to go back again soon
