Tim and Judy have an extensive background in the hospitality industry and have always believed in the community of sharing and celebrating. In this way, the perfectly balanced menu has been designed in small plates that can be ordered and shared. There is a kids menu on offer, so everyone is covered - guaranteeing an opportunity to sit back and un-wine-d.

    Plates are each beautifully presented, would have liked more recommendations about which plates to have together, a little description of special or much loved dishes. Would have preferred wider range.

    Every time I eat their food I think I know how good it is and then I am still surprised how good the depth of flavour is after the first bite.

    Enjoyed a delicious and innovative meal made up of different and interesting plates. it is a great lunch venue surrounded by beautiful gardens. Would definitely recommend a visit Ember & Oak.

    Ember and Oak never disappoint. Tim and Judy have created a culinary gem in the beautiful setting of Constantia Uitsig. It has been our favourite restaurant since they opened 18 months ago and we can’t wait for each visit to taste one of Tim’s sublime new creations.

    Yet again E&O did not disappoint. The oysters were super and the lamb ribs in particular were absolutely fantastic. Tim is indeed a great chef.
