    1.Label your food presentations. 2. Never run out of crockery. Patrons should never have to request some. 3 Teach your waiters how to set replacement Cutlery.

    As I live overseas I booked a Buffet Breakfast for my mom's 85th birthday with the family. They had a ball!! The atmosphere was wonderful especially with the saxophonist. She had a yummy piece of birthday cake and the staff were wonderful. The food is delicious and such a wonderful variety. The non alcoholic champagne is the best! Highly recommended!

    Thank you for the most delicious food on Father's Day. The extra touch of biltong for the Fathers was very special. The staff are friendly and are always there to assist. they smile and nothing is too much trouble. well done to all! excellent!!
