Enjoy a relaxed yet sophisticated culinary experience in our open-plan restaurant, where floor-to-ceiling windows open onto a terrace with panoramic views of Stellenbosch and the Helderberg mountains. Our menu celebrates bold, seasonal flavours with a contemporary twist—crafted to complement our award-winning portfolio of Ernie Els wines.

Lunch is available 7 days a week.
Dinner is available on Thursday, Friday & Saturday Evenings, November – May annually.

For a more casual setting, guests are also invited to enjoy select dishes from our Grillworks menu available exclusively in the Tasting Room. Designed to pair beautifully with the Ernie Els wines, these dishes offer a flavour-forward, leisurely alternative in an equally scenic and welcoming space.

SIGNATURE CANAPE WINE TASTING

Experience our current vintage Ernie Els Signature, expertly paired with a Rare Roast Beef, Beetroot Tartare, Crispy Greens & Burnt Aubergine Canape, followed by a Beetroot, Berry & Black Pepper Palate Cleanser Sorbet. The tasting concludes with a carefully selected vintage wine from our Vinoteque, showcasing the age-worthy elegance and complexity that define our wines over time. Available daily from 10h00 to 12h00 for R395 per tasting. Bookings are essential.

    What a lovely evening! Beautifully decorated and with the live music performer it captured the Christmas spirit. All staff were exceptionally friendly and forthcoming and the food magnificent. Definitely going back next year for the 3rd time. Thank you Ernie Els team!

    A pleasant evening with friends in beautifully decorated rooms with excellent cuisine, fine wine, and friendly service. Not as a criticism, but as a friendly suggestion: given the normal noise level in a room with several groups, excessively loud music (whether live or background) makes conversation at your own table difficult.
