Enjoy a relaxed yet sophisticated culinary experience in our open-plan restaurant, where floor-to-ceiling windows open onto a terrace with panoramic views of Stellenbosch and the Helderberg mountains. Our menu celebrates bold, seasonal flavours with a contemporary twist—crafted to complement our award-winning portfolio of Ernie Els wines.

Lunch is available 7 days a week.
Dinner is available on Thursday, Friday & Saturday Evenings, November – May annually.

For a more casual setting, guests are also invited to enjoy select dishes from our Grillworks menu available exclusively in the Tasting Room. Designed to pair beautifully with the Ernie Els wines, these dishes offer a flavour-forward, leisurely alternative in an equally scenic and welcoming space.

SIGNATURE CANAPE WINE TASTING

Experience our current vintage Ernie Els Signature, expertly paired with a Rare Roast Beef, Beetroot Tartare, Crispy Greens & Burnt Aubergine Canape, followed by a Beetroot, Berry & Black Pepper Palate Cleanser Sorbet. The tasting concludes with a carefully selected vintage wine from our Vinoteque, showcasing the age-worthy elegance and complexity that define our wines over time. Available daily from 10h00 to 12h00 for R395 per tasting. Bookings are essential.

    Beautiful locations, beautiful wines. Enjoyed the tasting immensely and we were treated very well. Staff found us a restaurant table despite the fact it was fully booked. Starter (sausage roll) and desert (Tiramisu) we're very good! Though I was a bit disappointed with the Tomahawk steak: Ordered medium, but it came mostly rare. Also, not a fan of the curry flavoured compound butter here. And the steak knives are terrible. Makes eating hard work as you grind away at your slice. But otherwise, will frequent regularly.

    You sit in a beautiful spot with a stunning mountain view, and the interior is just impressive. Unfortunately, the kitchen and service have fallen well behind last season ´ s much better standard- tough beef, dry yellow tail and forgotten side dish do not fit in a place with this level of hype.Gorgeous setting, but for now, not recommendable.

    We had a wonderful experience, everything was perfect. The Estate is well mantained and the view from the restaurant is awesome.
