Excellent fresh food, top class attentive service without being intrusive and a warm engaging manager in Khumo.

Lazola Bam welcomed us with warmth hands. we were not happy about out table sitting arrangements, the staff moved us to the place where we felt comfortable. Gentlemen who was overseeing that all is in order he served us with integrity. He arranged the butternut and the the juice for my son. He further went extra miles to serve us with extra desert. The portion of the meat kebabs came in very small portion of which we were were not happy of, i took it with Thulani. Thulani was a friendly waiter but his service was very slow sometimes he forgot our request. I addressed our concern with him and he didn't took it personally and we are looking forward to be served by him in the future. The hospitality, arrangement setting and service was beyond expectation ,and on point Keep up the good work team.

Fairlawns drinks menu is way above/ double the price of other 5 star hotels and resturants. I found paying R130 for imported water was absurd. I asked for local water with ZERO options provided. Coming to Fairlawns is unaffordable. I would rather go to a Marble / Four Seasons in the future
