    All good the only issue for me is very poor segregation for smoking and non smoking, otherwise a good experience. Probably the best chips (fries) and onion rings in town!

    Thank you Fancy Franks Bothasig staff for making my 21st birthday so special! To the wonderful manager and staff who joined in and sang happy birthday and made it extra special! The food and ambiance was tops! Thank you for an unforgettable evening.

    Extremely poor service. Our meals took 2 hours. We were charged for cake cutting, and our cake wasn’t even cut.

    It's was Boks game day but we made our booking over a week ago. We were a table of 6 ladies and we waited AN HOUR for our drinks. Some drinks were were as simple as a coke. Other tables has already been served 2 rounds of drinks. Our food came before the drinks. Can you believe it? The server didn't even apologize, but just stated the obvious... That they were busy. We understood that but sure if it's game day, you would've prepared better! The server also charged us for extra items we did not order, but we're expected to pay for. We had been there before on game day and were treated well, that's why we chose to come back. But after this experience and how terrible the service was, my friends and I won't go back!!!

In terms of slow service from bar we are also re looking at how the team operates and make sure we have drink deliveries prioritized and handled professionally.
