    My friends and I so enjoyed our time at Fancy Franks. The pizza and burgers delicious, the chips are the bomb. The sad thing is that they only have 1 barman for the entire restaurant, that is not good for business in running the bar side of things specifically when its full house and happy hour. The waitrons were running manic , doing a sterling job specifically Connor who tried his best to chase things up when they took so much longer than it should have. Our food was delicious, the Rugby vibes were great. ! Its a pity the Mexican pizza has been removed, its one of my favorites, which makes only 4 pizzas a poor choice to choose from. All in all we had a great time

    Feel bad for the staff as they were understaffed during the rugby. Seemed like no manager in site to help out.

    Amosphere was great! Had poppers & chicken wings for starters they were good. Mains were a disaster. 3 of us had steaks with chips 1 with garden salad, all steaks were cold and flavour less and had to be sent back, salad arrived about 15min after steak. Ribs also had to be sent back were cold, also did not enjoy the basting. Service was bad but waitresses could not be blamed. The resturant was full with only 2 waitresses they could not cope. Our waitress Michelle did the best she could under the circumstances. Drinks were slow in coming out wine per glass was lim.. ted, no stock of most wines we requested. Got 3 Tequiles on the house due to us wearing our Springboks Jerseys, great gesture. All in all was not a great experience. Manager Mike was attentive but as night progressed was running around assisting the waitresses. Will not go back!

    It was a cold and wet late afternoon but our experience was amazing and that on the house champagne for us ladies on mother's day went down rather well. Good value for money, great service and friendly staff.
