    I really enjoyed the dinner with my friends here, we had a memorable time filled with laughter, great service, great food and overall good vibes.

    Pleasant evening with good service and atmosphere. Music selection added to the enjoyment. Food options limited and given the price, notwithstanding the event, underwhelming.

    When we arrived at the restaurant, the food and beverage manager was so rude to us claiming we did not have a reservation due to them being overbooked and had not paid in advance. I even showed him my booking confirmation and the calls I had been on the previous day where they had promised to call me back and they didn’t. He was so rude to a point where he said we must leave. I am however grateful for the supervisor Connie who devised a solution for us and we ended up being served so well by Busi. I did not appreciate the tone and attitude received from the food and beverage manager and I will be launching a formal complaint with the hotel.

    Dear Sir/ Madam I was not happy about the food, remember the party was for 60th birthday and the malva was full of surga. The other desert was hard it seems like it has been long being prepared. Iwas promised that I will get a complementary and when I asked them the said it will be a surprise. As I was there I could see that there's no surprise of anything and I asked where is the surprise only to find that there was no surprise. I spoke to the manager of that moment and he organized the welcome drinks and I thank him for that. But I was expecting a cake. And I would like to take this opportunity to thank Sam and Thembaelihle thank you so much you really went extra mile you made that party so beautiful and you are helpful and you respect your work it was beautiful. Thank you again and again. And let me thank again the waiters that I was working with and their manager and night. Guys thank you so much you were few but you managed to service nice. I thank God for what you have done for me. I will come and thank them properly. As for food I was not happy at all
