    The food was delicious. We had sushi and stir fry. The staff were friendly and the restaurant had a nice ambience we had a table in the downstairs side room overlooking the park which was a game changer as it took us out of the very busy main dining area.

    The food was great and our waitress Nox was amazing. There was however an incident that could have been catastrophic.There was oil on the floor which was attempted to get cleaned and my 11 year old daughter slipped with my 6 month old son in her hands and she ended up with a bruised and swollen ankle. Luckily my son was not injured.We have 6 kids and come to fireroom with all their major birthdays. I feel like more cautionary measures should be taken in such incidents

    I'm truly sorry but your service is and was shit made a booking for 7pm waited for 30min for a table then waited 1hour for a person that was not my waiter to the bring me a drink waited another 2hours before someone then came to my table when I then asked for a manager who then sent me a complimentary warm flat beer at this thim he took my order only to receive it at 21.45. A person gets better service from your local spur or Macdonalds
