    The food was not cooked as per our orders and took very long. Asked for medium done steak and got well done. The meat was hard to eat. The waiter prescribed who could order first (which was rude). The tip is compulsory despite the service being bad. I’m don’t recommend the place.

    We sat for more than 20 mins after we were seated without a waitress coming to us. Then they came to take drinks orders and we indicated we were too hungry and order Sushi on fire for a starter, the food took more than an hour and Sushi that was meant to be a starter came with the food. Maybe the kitchen was busy I don't know, the lady Sne was so nice but she'd go for a while before coming back. Ohh the food took time hle. Otherwise overall my family was happy

    The service that Felicia gave us ,as it was our first time at Fireroom it was amazing and I enjoyed the sushi …but the food 6/10

    It was a great experience unfortunate the service from the waiter was not what I’m used to. It helped that there was a an additional waiter that came to assist.
