    FireRoom Castle Gate is one of our favorite restaurants. Last night was by far the worst experience at the restaurant. Initial drinks took forever and the Guinness I ordered was flat, with no foam. I ordered the Thai curry, which is not advertised as hot. The dish was extremely hot and I could not eat it. Our waiter was very friendly but missing the whole evening. Spoke more to the manager than the waiter. These are all unusual complaints for FireRoom which normally has auch good service! Maybe they just do not use the A-team on a Wednesday?.
