    I understand it was a busy time, but waiting over 10 minutes just to be welcomed and place a drink order was disappointing and affected my overall experience

    From all my experiences with Fireroom this had to be the most disappointing one. I made a reservation for an anniversary dinner, arrived on time and was moved from the spot I reserved to another table elsewhere due to the weather, which was understandable. My partner and I sat there for 15 minutes with no one attending to us when someone finally came you could see that he had no idea that we had made a reservation or that we had left notes that we were celebrating our anniversary. Other patrons were served on time even got their anniversary dessert and we didn’t and had to wait ages from drinks and food. I even lost my appetite and ordered the bare minimum just so that we could leave. I’m extremely disappointed because that was supposed to be my anniversary dinner and it was ruined.

    My boyfriend and I we were seated in a very hot area with non-working aircon on our side. Despite asking the waiter to move us to one of the available tables next to the window (upstairs), the manager refused, saying he couldn't change tables. He seemed unwilling to accommodate a simple request and was quite rude about it. Given it was Valentine's Day and we were celebrating, we expected a more welcoming and accommodating service. The experience was disappointing. I'd appreciate it if you could look into this - specifically the aircon issue and the manager's attitude.
