    The lady who greeted us at reception has a bad attitude and should NEVER be placed in front of client… I had to waste 15 min negotiating a table while I booked and paid and (also not credited yet) already confirmed when I entered… I’ve been there a few times with family and business but NEVER again… I had to finish my drink and go eat elsewhere. I only bought the drink due to good experience with manager after I ask for the him and I must complete the manager for listening and sympathising, unfortunately first experience left a lasting damage...one less client due to bad service.

    The food was lovely but just lacked seasoning. The details about menu change and reservation times were not communicated with me when I made the booking and it ended up making our stay uncomfortable.

    good day kindly note that the fact that there were so many flies sitting in the food was disgusting, all the buffet food had flies on the, with no attempt of the staff shewing them away or putting candle in between the food to keep them away, no matter how fancy or how good the good is there is no way people have an appetite to eat when there is flies sitting on the food, there was a dish that had a fly in it, my husband pointed to one of the staff, he simply picked up the fly out the dish and left the dish there with not wanting to remove he entire dish away.

    Incorrect billing is a turn off. We got charged for beers that we do not even drink.
