    I came here for my 50th Birthday celebration the music was excellent 👌 The service was great...but sadly the food was poor my main course was the crumbled pork chop presentation was amazing but meat was tasteless and bloody when I told my waiter to tell the chef I was just ignored 🙁 no response the highlight of the day was my birthday chocolate log and cocktails...the prices are overrated and food is disappointing Sorry Four Seasons but you need to improve your culinary skills.

    Our experience was absolutely amazing. From the Securiry guard at the entrance to the lady at the lobby Reception, to the host (Zizi) at Flames & not forgetting our waitress (Mbali)... everyone was super professional and friendly. Greeted us with a smile and made the day special. Mbali and Zizi get an extra mention for their exemplary service and ensuring that we were happy at all times. Mbali is the best waitress ever!

    We had an outstanding experience at Flames. The staff are very professional and observant and soo courteous. The setting is better than any top restaurant we have visited. The food was to die for. We recommend Flames unreservedly.
