    Loved everything about my experience. The host (Lelo) and the other lady were so attentive. Food was delightful as always. Can never go wrong eating at flames. Perfection!

    We celebrated my husband’s birthday here and it was such a memorable experience! 🎉 The view was absolutely breathtaking and created the perfect setting for a special evening. The food was amazing , every dish was beautifully prepared and full of flavour. The service was also warm and attentive, which made the night feel even more special. To top it all off, they surprised my husband with a birthday slice of cake at the end, which was such a thoughtful touch. 🎂 A wonderful place for a celebration or a special night out. We’ll definitely be back!

    Our experience was mostly lovely, but there were a few aspects worth noting. The reception at the hotel lobby could have been a bit warmer. As first-time visitors who were unsure where the restaurant was located, we asked reception for directions and felt the assistance could have been more welcoming. Once we arrived at the restaurant, however, the service from the restaurant staff was excellent. Our waiter in particular was amazing and really contributed to a pleasant evening. When my husband’s order was initially brought out incorrectly, the staff were very apologetic and clearly wanted to correct the mistake, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, there were some quite rowdy patrons nearby which slightly spoiled what was meant to be an intimate 16th anniversary dinner. Aside from that, the overall experience was lovely and the restaurant staff made the evening enjoyable.
