    We moved from the high tea area to the restaurant. The hostess was anything but welcoming. Making us feel like imposters. Whilst we had a reservation. She didn't seem very capable of dealing with customers or valued patrons. For an establishment as yourself your team requires a little more training on hospitality, smile and be kind.

    The food was not to the standard of the restaurant and bad customer service. Beautiful ambience and very clean.
