Furny’s Fine Wines and Taste Room is a family-owned wine shop, wine bar and restaurant situated in the quaint village of Chapman’s Peak, Noordhoek.

Furny’s offers over 50 wines by the glass – so have a bit of fun and try something new! Our restaurant drinks menu includes beers on tap, craft gins, liqueurs, cocktails and mocktails. Food + wine pairings and regular wine-tastings are also on offer.

Enjoy a glass of wine with an assortment of delicious gourmet meals and bites, including a selection of cheese and charcuterie platters. It is recommended to order a variety of dishes and share amongst the table – family style!
The restaurant menu at Furny’s is designed to compliment certain wines on our wine list to make your dining experience that much more enjoyable (please ask our knowledgable waiters for recommendations!).

Spend time exploring our extensive selection of over 300 local wines at our Boutique Wine Shop. Our deli offers an assortment of cheeses, cured meats, homemade preserves, chilli sauces, fresh breads & croissants made by our local baker and much more! We strive to support local artisans as far as possible.

Bring your family, friends, kids and dogs – and join us in a relaxed atmosphere under the Milkwoods below the watchful gaze of Chapman’s Peak.

    We were blessed with an amazing young waitress for whom nothing was too much trouble. Thank you Jemma! Our experience was fabulous - great wine and lovely selection on the grazing platter. Will definitely return ....

    Furny´s might request some efforts for Cape Town based Travellers, but it´s absolutely worth it. The Service is charming and welcoming, the food is superior and the spot is brilliant for a sunday lunch even in winter. But what is even topping all of these good reasons to visit, is the exquisite wine collection for on site consumption as well as in the shop where you find rare gems that are usually called out of stock with other shops. An absolute must visit !!

    We loved our time. Perfect setting under the shade of the Milkwood trees. The food was a delight. Each dish was delicious. Only the chiorizo and prawn pasta dish disappointed. Every other dosh on a table of 8 was outstanding.
