    The gin was divine, no question about that, and the pairings we had were very harmonious. Except for the rosé bubbly with the dark chocolate, that didn't work for me. It was a pity that the tasting area was quite draughty and cold - perhaps a gas heat during the colder months would be a good idea? Or just keep the door closed... We also waited a really long time (almost half an hour) before our tasting trays were brought to us, and it wasn't busy. Our tasting presenter (not sure what the gin equivalent of a sommelier is) was very knowledgeable, but he spent so much time comparing gin tasting to wine tasting that the presentation was very drawn out. Perhaps it would have been better if he could have let us start tasting while he was talking... The entire experience lasted for 90 minutes, whereas it should take max. 1 hour, I believe. I also recommend getting some carry bags for clients who purchase a bottle or two. I felt quite self-conscious walking out with a naked bottle in my hand, hoping that no-one would think I'd just taken it without paying for it. Oh, and an indoor short-cut walk-way to the winery section would be an amazing addition, so that gin tasters can access the ablution facilities there without having to walk around the outside of the building.

    The gin tasting was an amazing experience and ceetainly worth it. From the ambience, to the gin itself, was superb. I highly recommend the tasting.
