GlenWood is a boutique winery located in an area of outstanding natural beauty and tranquility close to Franschhoek. We offer top quality wines, personal service and a range of unforgettable experiences. These are:

· Wine Tasting (11.00 - 16.00, Tues - Sun, no booking required)

· Vine to Bottle Tour (11.00, Tues - Sun, no booking required).

· Gourmet Sushi (Tues - Sun, booking required on dineplan)

Wine and Fynbos Tour (Tues - Sun, phone or email booking required).

    Quite simply the tastiest sushi (together with a delicious Chardonnay) that we have ever had and in beautiful surroundings too! Highly recommend.

    We arrived at 1.30, ordered at 1.45 and got our food at….2.45 That is much much too long. The sushi is excellent but drinking wine on an empty stomac for almost an hour is unacceptable

Having looked into your comment about undue delay in receiving your gourmet sushi order, there does indeed seem to have been a problem with staffing issues which accounted for it and for which we apologise unreservedly. Please accept our offer of joining us for another lunch on the house which we assure you will be handled more expeditiously. Having made a booking, please mention my name to the restaurant supervisor (either Chris or Foster) who will honour this undertaking.
