    Lovely day I would suggest putting a small gate at the steps by the kid's area as its too close to the car park and easy for kids to wander

    Came here for a friend's birthday and loved the energy! They sang and brought out a cute birthday plate with a candle and a strawberry. It was a nice touch, though we did think a tiny scoop of ice cream or a bite-sized piece of cake would have paired better with the candle than just a single strawberry. Thanks for making her feel special, though!

    What a disappointment. Our table was neglected: Too many chairs for the table and squashed in. The waitress did not attend to us unless we asked her: No cutlery or serviettes, unless we asked. No colour-in pages for the kids. Only 3 pieces of cake were available and we were told the cakes were going to be delivered later, they don’t know when. The crispy chicken from the kids’ menu tasted off. No assistance coming into the venue down stairs with a pram. The venue is beautifully decorated - but get the basics right.
