    Hi Grand Africa team, I would like to raise a complaint regarding the service I received yesterday when I visited your establishment. It was quite disappointing because it wasn’t even that busy when we arrived in the early afternoon, yet we waited for a very long time before any waiter came to assist us. Unlike other customers, we didn’t have a specific waiter attending to our table, so we had to keep calling random waiters whenever we needed assistance. We waited far too long for our drinks and, even more so, for our food. What really upset me was when I asked for a doggy bag. I ended up having to get up, collect my own food and walk to the kitchen area myself to ask for it. Imagine having to carry your own food around the restaurant because nobody was coming to assist you. I even had to ask for our table to be cleaned. This is not the kind of service I expect from Grand Africa. I have been to Grand Africa thousands of times, which is why yesterday’s experience honestly hurt and disappointed me so much. I understand that things can sometimes get busy, but the restaurant was not even particularly busy, and I felt completely overlooked and as though customers were not being properly considered. I really hope management can look into what happened yesterday and address the service issues with the staff, because this is definitely not the experience I have come to expect from Grand Africa. I would appreciate a response regarding my complaint.

    Really bad quality pricey food and average service
