    I have been to The Grand a few times everyone I come back from an overseas work trip. Just my first experienced early this year a waiter never checked up on us for more than and hour and half and eventually we asked and was told waiter under the weather blah blah blah. This time service was good just that my daughter had to asked after 40minutes waiting about her Desert oder and was not impressed.. other than that I love the place.. regards

    Fantastic dining experience, excellent food, tempura prawns and sirloin steak. Beautiful cocktails and attentive and friendly service by Mzie. Would highly recommend.

    Food was great, not good service from our waiter, he did not know the menu, we were initially sitted in a small table for reserved for the event, and when we ready to order l, waiter did not know that we should be ordering for. A different menu he had go and confirm with manager, he did not give complementary drinks, he also needed to go confirm with manager and he seem not even understanding what was on our menu. For payment he still brought us bill with everything we ordered without removing amount we have already paid for (R550each). We had to remind him and again he had to go and confirm with manager. This whole waiter issues made the experience unpleasant.
