Our signature restaurant, Granita, offers a fine dining experience with innovative dishes created by our executive chef and complimented by a multi award- winning wine list.

At Granita, the focus is on fresh organic produce provided by local farmers and producers featuring a selection of home-grown vegetables and fruit from the estate.

Our chef uses the finest local and seasonal ingredients, to create a fresh fusion of flavours that offers diners a five-star culinary experience. The Granita Wine Cellar is ideal for small, more intimate private gatherings and can accommodate up to 12 people.

In additional to our carefully created fine dining a la carte menu we offer diners an option to pre book our seven course Gourmet Dinner menu. This delectable menu changes seasonally to include the freshest local produce available. Each course has been carefully paired with a select wine from our award-winning wine list.

    Experience on all different food and wine was amazing. Staff very friendly and service very good. Will really do this experience again.

    We loved the evening at Granita. Eunice is an amazing lady. Headed us feel very welcome and served us graciously and friendly. The food was amazing and we loved the wines that were served. Would love to come back again. Kind regards Hesca Van Heerden

    Only little comment on an overall perfect lunch, is that the sole was overcooked. But this is a detail, the staff were great and the venue very peacefull
