The Grill Jichana boasts flame-grilled premium cuts from the best local producers seasoned, infused and flavoured with tastes of the African East Coast spice route.

Dishes are created with flair, flavoured with fragrant cassia, cardamom, turmeric and other heady spices and prepared using the freshest produce. These robustly flavoursome spices complement the grilling of meat, fish and chicken creating the essence of ‘eating good’ or jichana in Swahili slang.

    We had poor service from the waiter. No complimentary treat as it was our wedding anniversary. We were given incorrect directions from the hotel staff to were the restaurant was. The food was below average as the renowned chef no longer cooks there. A waste of money & horrible evening.

    The welcoming was warm. The hostess kept on checking up if we're okay. And the waitress was awesome. Thank you for making my birthday special
