    The Grill Room was really an amazing experience. From the friendly staff to the amazing food. The value for money and quality of the experience really is five stars. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a night out to enjoy the best food, service and experience, to make a reservation for the Grill Room. And we definitely will be heading back again and again.

    We really enjoyed our anniversary dinner at the Grill Room. A special thanks to Angelique who served us and made the evening a pleasant one. The only dissapointment was the lack of parking. Had to move vehicle twice.

    Waited for what felt like an hour or more before anyone came to our table to take even a water order. Dinner was rushed because of the late start . Had booked for the 6 course dinner .

    We had a reservation for 7 PM for 8 people. I arrived earlier to inform the restaurant that our group had increased from 8 to 10 people, and to confirm and discuss the food options we would be choosing. While waiting for my guests to arrive, another table of 10 people was seated. Our table was then split because we had extra seats, allowing them to be comfortably seated as a group of 10, while we were left with only 9 seats. I ended up moving tables, as one of the chairs was practically touching the back of the adjacent table, leaving no room to move. For the 10th seat, I had to move placings and cutlery from another table myself after asking numerous times for assistance. Thato, the restaurant manager, was very friendly and helpful. Whenever she was available, she checked on me and asked how she could make things right multiple times. Sadly, this was not enough. Even though our reservation was for 7 PM and we all ordered the same carnivore platters, our food only arrived at 9:05 PM. We had to repeatedly follow up with the waiter for basic items like ice, napkins, and drinks. When the food finally arrived, the steaks were not cooked as requested by my guests. At that point, we chose not to send anything back, as we were tired and just wanted to eat. This was a celebration for my friend’s 40th birthday. I did not want to complain or address all the concerns at the time, however, it was visibly clear that I was unhappy, and so were my guests. Thato sent over a bottle of wine to the table, which we did not even consume, as we were still waiting for the wine glasses included in our meal deal. Most of the food had to be packed as takeaway, as we had an after-party planned for 10:00 PM and needed to leave. I work in customer service, and no amount of complimentary items can make up for the experience when the core request—the reason we came—was never fulfilled. We chose this place because we have a 21st birthday and another 40th celebration coming up in the next
