I am just a short stumble from the centre of town, and I am situated in one of the first fisherman's cottages to be built in Hermanus. My ambience comes from been lovingly restored which creates a natural restful welcoming ambience for you to enjoy your dining experience with beautiful views of Walker Bay. Our carefully selected menu caters for all tastes pared with our Heritage Twist. My food philosophy is to use fresh seasonal ingredients, sourced locally, in a homely simple and always delicious way.

    Always appreciate the chef's personal attention! I'm gluten intolerant and the chef kindly offered to grill my calamari without any dusting of flour. My husband had the grilled hake. Our meals were delicious, especially my side salad! No corkage for the first bottle of wine! Excellent, attentive and friendly service. We will always be back! 😊

    Well done to John and his team for an excellent meal. This time we experienced Italian food and the main dish was especially tasty and the portions were generous
