    The day was lovely. Some feedback on how the food was served is where I have some suggestions. Instead of bringing all the trays out at once, it's customary to serve in "courses" and properly explain each dish. Also, it would have been great if there were some suggestions on which tea to have which which courses. Other than that, it was great.

    Magnificent experience! The high tea was the best I've had in the Cape, service impeccable and atmosphere stylish yet welcoming. It was an 80th birthday and the team really went the extra mile.
