    We were initially assisted by a waitress whose service did not meet expectations. As we were hosting guests from France, this was particularly disappointing. Our requests were repeatedly questioned, and we were incorrectly informed that a wine we had previously ordered was not available. Following our complaint, the manager took over and provided excellent service, significantly improving our experience. We appreciate the manager’s professionalism in resolving the matter.
