    The quality of the food has dropped, not the same as when the restaurant opened. Ordered chicken iskender kebab as we always do. Usually the bread and chicken is soaked in tomato gravy. This time the gravy barely reached the bread, which was dry inside and butter soaked outside. More bread than chicken. 2nd time that it has been like this. Spicy Adana kebab presented as a kebab on rice and a bread in the pic. Was served with just rice. Unfortunately, not a value for money restaurant any longer as food quality standards have dropped and prices have gone up.

    It was my worst experience at a restaurant especially in ramadaan and at iftaar. After phoning to reserve a table for Iftaar which was at 19.20, I arrived at restaurant at 19.05. It was time to open our fast at 19.20 yet there was no assistance from waiters at all. There were 3 dates on table. Nobody came to ask or take our order until I got annoyed and got up to go and get a waiter which was at 19.45 just to order a bottle of water. The waiters including the management all seem very lost and confused, which was surprising because the restaurant was actually quiet. After 4 occasions of errors (thought someone took our order/bringing someone else's order our food finally arrived at around 20.10. Only to find the most least value of food for a premium price. Picture will be below. To make things worst waitress forgot to take drinks order and only brings condiments which is a must in Turkish cuisine about 10min after the food after being asked for it. We barely ate and couldn't wait to get out of this restaurant and by looks of it tables around us didn't spend much time either. Overall this establishment needs serious skills on management, service and business ethics. I have been to the most premium restaurants of all kinds in South Africa but this is just a complete rip off for what you get.
