    We had an awesome waiter, Zanie Liebenberg, that made our experience memorable and comfortable. The food was amazing and everything was affordable which is a breath of fresh air compared to other steakhouses.

    We had the pleasure of dining at Jackson & Black to celebrate my daughter’s birthday, and our evening was made truly memorable thanks to our waiter, Ozzy. From the moment we arrived, Ozzy was warm, attentive, and genuinely kind. He struck the perfect balance—always there when needed, yet never intrusive. What really stood out was how he went out of his way to make my daughter feel special, even surprising her with a small birthday gesture that brought a big smile to her face. His friendly demeanor, thoughtful service, and professionalism made us feel completely at home. It’s rare to come across someone who cares so sincerely about their guests’ experience, and Ozzy absolutely did. Thank you for helping to make our celebration unforgettable—we’ll definitely be back, and we’ll be hoping to see Ozzy again!
