    Thank you for creating a wonderful experience for us. My daughter enjoyed her birthday at Joy Jozi and the adults had fun too. The service provided by Themthe, Patricia and Mcebisi was commendable.

    Unfortunately, several aspects of our breakfast were disappointing. The eggs served to my fiancé were off — they were brown in colour, lumpy, and had a bad odour. Additionally, the toast on each plate was very hard, and the breakfasts were served cold. The French toast, which was supposed to be accompanied by strawberries, was not served as described. We also requested extra bacon, but only two small pieces were provided. That said, I would like to commend our waiter, who provided excellent service throughout and was both attentive and professional.

    Ambience was amazing amazing for kids would be great if there were more carers to look after the kids while u eat my husband was upset we weren’t at the table the only nice meal was the sea bass the pizza and kiddies pasta was awful and very slow service especially when you have a time limit

    The Service was shocking and we booked in advance and felt like we were just put at a random table and eventually moved super dissapointed in the service and I frequent JoyJozi a lot. food was superb!

    We went to Joy Jozi for mothers day and we were very disappointed. The warm drinks came luke warm, food took forever, then 2 of our 4 meals came. Took another 10-15min for the other 2 to come and then they had run out of certain items for that meal. We got substitutes and free coffees but still an unpleasant experience overall. And on mother's day they hardly had any child minders, would think they would have the usual amount or even more.
