    Joy Jozi for the kids entertainment gets a 8 out of 10 for me, although the kids had an awesome afternoon I feel the restaurant was overbooked and the children didn't get to utilize a lot of the play areas, there also needs to be child minders supervising kids at the inside play area as my 2 daughters and niece were being pushed around and were told to get off certain things by a child older than them and this child even proceeded to kick my daughter In the stomach because she continued playing. The food was a total let down, I understand the restaurant was full but we waited over an hour for our lunch, our waiter compensated us with 2 free Foccacia's which was the highlight of our meals. The Foccacia's were fresh, tasty and crispy but I cannot say the same for our mains, the JJ Combo was dry, steak is tasteless and isn't even accompanied by a basting sauce, Our ribs were tasteless and wasn't sticky at all, the chicken pieces were soft but no flavour or sauce as well. The chips were definitely the star of the show, My mom had the chicken schnitzel which was nice and crispy but very dry with only a little sauce over it as well, I would like to come back and give the food menu another try, maybe not on a special day where the restaurant is packed to capacity.

    Food and service was very average for the price and nothing special about having a mother's day lunch at the place. Doubt we will lunch there again.

    We had my daughter’s 8th birthday at Joy Jozi. Abigail planned the whole birthday. We told her what we wanted and she made everything possible. She really is a pleasure to work with and her team was on board with everything. They always came to me to check in if the food is okay or if we require anything. The staff is really so friendly and the child minders were so amazing with the children. The parents that attended the party relaxed because the children were kept entertained. The food was amazing and wveryone enjoyed it. Thank you Joy Jozi and Abigail and her team for making my daughter’s birthday party so special!

    Had a chicken burger,the chicken quite dry and hard bit disappointed as booked 2 weeks in advance expected to be wowed but that was not the case, however the ambience is Cool.

    Everything was amazing from the food to the energy, service, aesthetic of the restaurant. Great for both adults and children. Love it love it love it.

    The waitress was super friendly a little over the top and then the order went pear shaped. Not only did the food take for ever to come out then there were items missing and what was served to us first was getting cold only to find out that the missing items were out of stock. They tried to make it right by offering us cake on the house but the cakes were not very nice either. What started out as really pleasant completely lost momentum as the food started arriving. The steaks were tough and dried out. The quality of the chips was poor. They tasted like they had been standing in the kitchen and been reheated.
