    What a lovely community that frequent this establishment. It was awesome to see all the rainbow people encouraging each other and applauding each person, even though some of the sounds were probably making the neighbourhood cats want to mate. My 89 year old mother was up on the stage singing and dancing with her grand-daughters even though she hadn't a clue what she was dancing to. Had a fabulous time. Really recommend letting your hair down, throwing your name and inhibitions to the wind and just having a good clean fun-tastic.

    The place can use more seatings as we had lots of fun, but we were seated near the counter and people kept passing and bumping us.

    The vibes were amazing!!! Our waitress was so lovely, the people were amazing! The service was exceptional! Everything was 10/10 minus nothing!!!!

    I have an issue with the fact that we were asked to purchase tickets for a comedy night prior to the event. But when we got to the place, our tickets were not even checked and it seemed as though other people had gotten in for free. This was a big disservice.

    Good day, Refiloe. Ewoudt here, the owner of the business. Firstly, let me just start by saying that I completely understand how you are feeling and if I were in your situation, I would feel exactly the same. I am in total alignment that this is not a fair way to have approached the matter and I have already had a serious talk to my management team about how last night was approached and we all agree that it does not reflect the values of fairness and integrity that we expect from our ourselves. You are 100% correct - we cannot and should not have allowed some customers to enter the venue without paying when others had to buy tickets - it was a bad judgement call to make and that's on us. We did try to rectify situation later in the evening (somewhat), but by then, it was too late to charge all customers and we had of course already lost your trust (understandably). Additional to my personal apology, I would like to offer you a refund of the ticket price and my manager will be in contact to arrange this later today. Once again, I am very sorry for this experience and we hope we can win your trust back, as I know we have let you down here.

    The food was not good, salty, cold and not neatly presented. It also tasted a bit off. I would suggest to keep the menu at pizzas and fries(But really improve the fries) Besides the food, the ambience and karaoke was amazing and fun. Suggestion, people who have not booked a table must not obstruct the view for those who have. It takes away from the experience. Toilets: must be cleaned during the night, the smell of urine and urine on the floor is not so great for the ladies.

    Good day, Vuyo, firstly, thank you so much for taking the time to give us this tangible and constructive feedback, as this type of criticism is very helpful to ensure we maintain the right levels of standards across our business offering. I would like to go ahead and address the various points you mention here point by point: 1. Food: Thank you for the feedback on the food - we will take this up with the kitchen to see if there is any fine-tuning we can do here. It would be good to know specifically what you ordered to see if we can address these items specifically. 2. Ambience: We are so happy you enjoyed this aspect, as this is the really the core of what we offer our clientele. 3. View of stage: This is unfortunately a very tricky thing to manage, as when it gets very busy and the venue fills up, we of course want to do our best to accommodate all guests, so this can lead to a reduction in stage visibility as the shop starts to fill up. Also, there is a good chance that some of the guests that blocked the stage were those that booked tables themselves and wanted to just get a view of the stage closer up. In saying that, we do and can manage this on a case-by-case basis, so when you visit us again, please do kindly raise this with your waiter or the manager on duty to see if they can ask the guests in question to move. 4. Toilets: We have taken this up with our cleaning staff and we have reiterated the importance of keeping the toilets clean during the course of the evening.
