    Wow my entire team had an absolute blast at Karaoke Kong. The atmosphere was energetic, the staff are professional and friendly. We were always met with a smile no matter the requests. The food was delicious and definitely value for money.

    I could not book a song even. Yet we had the same people continuously singing

    Hi Shantel, thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry you were disappointed that you weren’t able to get a song in. On busy nights, our karaoke playlist fills up quickly and songs are added in the order requests come through. As your group arrived quite a bit later than the booked arrival time, the playlist was already full by then, which unfortunately limited what we could still fit in. That said, we understand how frustrating it can be when you’ve come through hoping to sing, and we’ll keep working with the team to manage the queue as fairly and clearly as possible.     It’s great spot the vibes are great, however people can just join you on stage without your consent which is fine if it’s a good vibe but not when they don’t want to share the mic on your song and security or the employees don’t even say anything even if you report it so that wasn’t fun as we spent most of the time on our song fighting a person who was on stage and didn’t want to share the mic.

You’re completely right - if someone joins in, it should add to the fun, not take over your song or make you feel uncomfortable. We’ll raise this with the team and make sure our hosts and staff are more alert when guests report this kind of issue, especially around mic sharing and stage etiquette. Thanks again for flagging it.     This was on my bucket list and we ABSOLUTELY LOVED EVERY SECOND. We will be back in about 2 weeks time…. Was such a blast
