    A very unique dining experience for those expecting simple, but well made bar food and light meals. The decor is something truly special and the Karaoke Kong crowd is very supportive. A great choice for a birthday party or small to medium sized corporate event.

    The place is beautiful and has so much potential. I however was totally put off by a few things. The beer buckets advertised on the menu had 6 beers or ciders and recieve one free. Our waitress said the manager said No it's 5 beers and one free. When asked why it's on the menu she said well that's what the manager said. We were unable to order any meals that had chicken in them because the kitchen didn't have chicken !!! At 5 pm!!!! We ordered whY we could and clearly stated what we wanted. The order arrived with no utensils no condaments no napkins. After waiting for almost an hour they brought only half the order and when questioned where the othwr half of the order was theybsaid the kitchen was still on it. Another 35 min wait There was a lovely host at the door. The purpose of our visit was to venue hunt for our team building of more than 200 people.when asked what the process would be everything was you would need to speak to the manager who we never saw. What is the capacity of the place? Couldn't get an answer...the service was underwhelming and took away from the entire experience. All four of us had high expectations of the restaurant and although the venue was promising the service was shocking. Lots of work needs to be done

Firstly thanks so much for taking the time to provide us with detailed feedback on the experience you had and appreciate the kind words about how our venue looks. I have reviewed your feedback in detail and just wanted to note the below specific points: 1. Wording of bucket specials: Thank you for raising the ambiguity of the wording used here. We will rectify this in our next print run. 2. The issue with chicken stock and waiting time for food on Saturday night was also really unfortunate – we are discussing this with our suppliers to see how we can rectify the situation. 3. Also, I totally agree that it’s not acceptable that your orders did not arrive with any utensils, napkins or condiments – I will take this up with the staff personally. 4. I’m not sure why you were not able to get a hold of the manager – I can however confirm that the venue can seat a maximum of around 80 people comfortably, so we won’t unfortunately be able to accommodate a team building of that size. We hope to apply changes to our operations to alleviate the issues you have highlighted here and sincerely hope you will give us a second chance. Apologies however that the experience did not meet your expectations – as an owner, it saddens me to hear this and we will do what we can to resolve these issues.     I was very disappointed. The staff was not friendly at all. This is the second time we came to Karaoke Kong and our first visit was so nice. This time was very bad, service was slow, waiters are not friendly and we had to wait more then an hour to sing 1 song, so we left.

Firstly, I just want to take a moment to thank you for your honest and transparent feedback - as we are still a new business, we are constantly fine-tuning our offering, so receiving feedback like this is very helpful to ensure we can deliver an optimum service to all our customers. Also, I'm very sorry to hear your 2nd experience with us did not live up to your expectations - this news saddens me on a personal level, as we really want to create a space that is loved by all customers. For this reason, you will see that I have tried to contact you personally in order to unpack your feedback a bit more in order to get some specific details from you - in particular, I would love to know which staff member(s) were slow and unfriendly to you and your guests, as this is certainly not tolerated in our establishment. Regarding the waiting time to have your time on stage - please note that we do our best to ensure that all guests can have a turn at the karaoke as soon as possible, but during peak trading times (as was the time of your booking), it is unfortunately impossible to ensure all guests have a chance to sing within under an hour - this is unfortunately an unavoidable drawback of having many customers at the shop at one given time. I apologise however on behalf of the staff if the waiting time was not communicated to you and will take this up personally with the staff, as it's important we manage guests' expectations around this up-front. I do sincerely hope that we get the chance to speak in person though still as per my outreach to you and that you would consider giving us a second chance (especially considering that your first visit was very different to this one).     We had such a great experience, the food was good, the service was excellent and the team really made an effort to make our team lunch a great experience!! Would definitely come back to Karaoke Kong and also was great seeing people come out of their shells and display their musical talents!

    David our waiter was a whole vibe, so sweet and patient with our big table. Food, atmosphere and drinks were great. Our bride to be had the best night.. Thanks team it was a jol.
