    Please consider having security for your trivia nights. Someone’s phone got stolen at the table opposite ours.

Please know that we do currently invest in armed response and contribute to active security patrols in the area as part of the local business community.     I had booked a table and requested to be moved to another one I preferred, but was told it was already reserved. An hour later, a group that hadn’t made any booking walked in and was given that exact table. To make things worse, we were told we could only choose a song once our drinks arrived. But even after receiving our drinks, we still had to wait for over an hour to select a song. It really felt like the staff prioritized their friends over other guests, which was disappointing.

    Hi there, Refilwe Thank you for your feedback — and we’re really sorry to hear about your recent experience. It’s never our intention to leave any guest feeling overlooked or frustrated. Regarding the table situation, we do our best to manage bookings and seating fairly, but it’s clear that in this case something went wrong. If a walk-in guest was seated at a table you’d specifically requested, that shouldn't have happened, and we’ll be looking into what went wrong to ensure better consistency going forward. As for the karaoke queue, that delay isn’t reflective of the standard we aim for, and we sincerely apologise. This is a tricky thing to manage one busy nights, but we will endeavour to do better next time. We’re also really concerned to hear that it felt like certain guests were given special treatment. We take fairness and professionalism seriously, and we’ll be addressing this internally to make sure all guests are treated equally — whether they’re new faces or regulars. Thank you again for raising this. We genuinely value your support and hope we’ll get the chance to welcome you back for the experience you deserved the first time.

    It exceeded my expectations however just a small adjustment- turn the mic volume a little higher so that we can match the musics volume because thr current set up causes us to scream a lot which hurts the vocal cords. Apart from that, it was a beautiful day. See y’all later in the year!
