    The service was very slow and the bar tender got my drink wrong but I had fun

    Absolutely 10/10 experience at Karaoke Kong! The staff were friendly and very helpful. All the equipment worked perfectly, and the acoustics were amazing. Kirsty the manager was also super helpful ensuring that we had a seamless experience. If you are looking to have a fun activity with friends/a group this is the perfect spot to do it.

    We did not even get a chance to sing there was girls sining the whole time and they came after us and our wings where burnt

Everyone who comes to Karaoke Kong should feel like they have a fair chance to sing, and we understand how frustrating it must have been to wait and then not get your turn. We’re reviewing what happened with the song queue on the night and tightening how we manage larger groups so that the playlist feels fairer for all guests, especially on busy evenings. We’re also sorry to hear about the wings. That’s not the standard we want to serve, and we’re taking steps with the kitchen team to improve consistency and make sure specific wing preferences are handled more clearly going forward.     Such a wonderful place to be in, the staff is so friendly and the entertainment takes the cup. Can’t wait to visit again
