    The drinks were quite expensive, and due to black Friday, the stock was very limited. Food was YUMMY ! ( I had the beef burger ). The vibe was fun and I love that people sing along and there are no people with bad vibes.. only criticism is that even though we had a booking, because of how busy it was, we would wait about 20+ mins for our song to come on :( my group only managed to get one song in before it was time for us to leave. There were people who were going up every second song, which seemed a little bit unfair. All in all, a good time- but we would probably come back at an earlier time to have a more full experience.

    Hi Chloe, Thanks so much for the thoughtful review — we’re really glad you enjoyed the vibe, the sing-along energy, and that the beef burger hit the spot! 🙌 You’re absolutely right about Black Friday affecting stock — the supplier delays hit us harder than expected, but we’ve already restocked and tightened up our planning for big retail weekends so it doesn’t happen again. Regarding the song queue, we hear you. On very busy nights the wait can stretch, and although we try to keep it as fair as possible, the queue can become long when the venue is full. We’ve taken note of your feedback about certain guests getting up too frequently and will monitor this more closely to keep things balanced for everyone. Coming a bit earlier is definitely a great strategy for a fuller karaoke experience. Thank you again for the honest feedback — it really helps us improve while keeping the fun alive.     I hosted my birthday party at Karaoke Kong and it was nothing short of amazing, myself and my guests had an awesome time and shout out to our waitress Catherine, she was an absolute gem
