    Fabulous experience, as always, brought to a new dimension by the knowledgeable and passionate Kyle, our server. The Lamb Youvetsi is next-level, but not a single dish disappointed. Just wish they could find a better solution for sound absorption in the room . . . But acknowledge that diners of [our] certain age are the only ones sensitive to this these days. Will definitely be back--thanks, Kyle!

    Enjoyed the ambience - nice setting and energy. Service was shocking - we booked for the 8:30 sitting - by 10:15 we were still waiting for starters and then couldn’t order mains as the kitchen had closed. Food is over-engineered and not traditional. Very disappointing.

Our restaurant does tend to have a lively, energetic atmosphere, especially during peak times, which many guests enjoy for its buzz and vibrancy, but we understand that this may not suit everyone, particularly if you’re looking for a quieter, more intimate setting for a date night. As for the food, we’re disappointed to hear that it did not resonate with you. While we put a great deal of care into what we serve we understand expectations can vary from person to person.     The food was absolutely delicious—every bite was full of flavor and beautifully prepared. The service was just as impressive: friendly, attentive, and welcoming. A fantastic experience from start to finish. Highly recommend!

    Honestly, a fast food menu wrapped in gold paper… looks fancy, but food is definitely not the best… chicken was dry, the fries were even more dry, things come to the table different than it’s written in the menu and then if I give it back, as I didn’t order that, they still put it on the bill… so pay attention when you pay your bill! All in all I wouldn’t recommend going there, it’s a waste of money for what you get

    Thank you for your feedback. We’d like to clarify a few points regarding this situation. The lamb gyro was sent back on the basis that the menu does not specify it is served in pita. A gyro, by definition, is traditionally served wrapped in pita (both locally and in Greece) and this is how our dish is prepared and presented. When the concern was raised, management came to the table immediately to discuss it and offered a replacement dish, which was declined. The decision was then made to share the baby chicken instead, which was finished completely. When we checked back during the meal, you confirmed you were enjoying it. The lamb gyro was removed from the bill in full, and we have clear record on our system reflecting this. We would never knowingly charge for a dish that was returned due to dissatisfaction. We always aim to resolve concerns calmly and fairly, and we stand by both the quality of our food and the way this matter was handled.
