    Although we booked a reservation to celebrate an anniversary, we were met with the most substandard service ever. The manager was rude, and our reservation wasn’t booked, our food was very good and suzan our waitress was just as amazing. However our table was a mess, and we couldn’t get a picture taken because they were out of ink - then we had to wait for someone to go to nomad to get ink and had one of the most ugliest pictures. As a frequent visitor at the Brooklyn branch, I was expecting the same standard or even better at Kream Mall of Africa. Definitely wouldn’t visit again!
