The Jem Bar & Grill, our eighty (80) seater family restaurant, caters for indoor and outdoor seating (weather permitting of course) Our menu is a delicious fusion of sushi, Mexican, Italian and traditional South African dishes.

    The food was absolutely nice but they serve small portions. Furthermore, the drinks I’ve ordered were alcoholic beverages but I couldn’t even taste alcohol. My blueberry Margarita was tasteless, no tequila whatsoever…just ice

    I regret making reservations for a valentine's day at at La joya,i wasted my money. If the was a refund i would be happy to have it. From staters to dessert

    We attended the Valentine's Day event, and the experience fell short of our expectations. The food was such a disappointment. No thought was put into designing a menu suitable for the people in attendance and the occasion being celebrated. For the amount of money we paid, we could have been offered better options, especially for the Mains. The ambiance and service were very good. But the whole experienced was ruined by the food.

    This was horrible. Tooo horrible. I feel robbed of my money. They decided to do a set up in a lap, with cheap deco for that matter. The service was HORRIBLE, I used the same cultery for starter and dessert. The set up was sooooooooo cheap for the amount we paid. I really feel robbed for the money I spend to celebrate Valentines. The starter was tooo dry I couldn't even eat it, the main was not fulfilling at all. I dont even know how they can up with that menu because it was not worth the money we paid. I am sooo hurt and tooo disappointed
