    We had a booking for 10 people upstairs. When we arrived there was no space upstairs regardless the fact that they got my booking on the system. Manager Given asked us to sit downstairs while they are looking for a place. Needless to say they haven’t found us any space even though there were people going in there and they were putting additional tables and chairs there. Given haven’t come to us after this and said or explained anything. The waiter Gift was okay, I understand it was not in his power to get us our table. So I am not thrilled about our experience

    Beautiful place. Just found music very loud in restaurant at 18.00 in the early evening. Could not really have a conversation with our guests. We left at 19.45.

    Absolutely appalling experience! I'm still fuming about the treatment we received. Here's the lowdown: 1. We booked a table for 10, but they set up for 4. Had to scramble to add more tables and chairs when we arrived. Showed them the booking confirmation, but apparently, it didn't matter. 2. We asked to move to the smoking area, and the waiter kindly reserved a table for us. But then, the manager comes over and tells us we have to move because the table is booked - without even checking! When I showed him the booking confirmation (again!), he claimed the waiter was wrong and had an attitude with me. When I stood my ground and told him we booked the tables, he tried to sweet-talk his way out of it. I wasn't having it. No way should customers who've booked and paid be treated like that. Biggest takeaway: their managers need training
