    Waitress was kind but inefficient. Steak was excellent, prawns were mediocre and impossible to eat as shells stuck to meat not possible to remove.

    This has been my worst dining experience ever. It was my birthday and I came out with my family to celebrate. My son and I ordered the crispy chicken burger. It was hard as a rock. I literally had to carve through it. When speaking to the manager, he offered to replace it, but the chicken was still rock hard and one fillet missing. To this, the manager responded to say, we have always just given 2 pieces, yet they took 3 pieces away. After which, the manager was not seen or heard of again. Our table was booked for 12 @4pm and was set for 10 so we had to wait for extra chairs for my guests to sit. We ordered food just after 4pm and only received it an hour later. The waitress had to be hunted down every time we needed to order. The toilet facilities were atrocious, with a blocked basin in the ladies and dirty toilets in the men's. This has by far been the worst experience for a hard earned just under R3000 bill 😕

    Three of us went for a quite dinner catch up. Waitress was very friendly and nice to deal with which is why i rated highly on the service, the same cannot be said for the manager. The starters were very good (Amazeballs, chicken wings and Poppers (though very small). Mains were a completely different story (Pizza - caramelised onions and steak), wagyu beef burger. The pizza was undercooked and there was essentially 10g of steak on the pizza if that, the burger in the centre was raw. We sent the pizza back and asked for something else. As the starter was good we said just replace it, which took 45 minutes to never arrive. Even with us checking with my manager who said she would check on it and never coming back. We eventually cancelled the second order and again spoke to the manager, who offered no apology and went even further to be quite rude to us. I would not recommend going here

    It was a bit slow, staff was still cleaning up sweeping and mopping whilst we were ordering our drinks. Everything took soo long before we received it. Staff were very loud it was not a very professional environment. Bathrooms were not very clean. Doubt whether we will return.
