    The food wasn’t great To start off there was no lettuce?? Therefore no salads available AT ALL surely someone could have nipped down to Constantia village My second choice was 2 small plates The prawns had been lurking around in the freezer for a few months but the kingklip bites were great Overall it was not a fabulous experience

    Our waitress Khanyisile was amazing!! I’d booked a table for 22 to watch the lunar eclipse and she phoned me that afternoon to see if I’d like her to lay the table in a special way. What?! That’s never happened and I was blown away with the thoughtfulness. The food was average, the moon was interesting and Khanyisile was stellar!! La Parada is closing down but I hope Foxcroft keep her if she wants to stay as she’ll be an asset to any establishment.

    Again, the staff went out of their way to make us Gonzo Runners feel very welcome. It's our 2nd time hosting our social crew runs from La Parada Constantia Nek. Especially myself as the organiser, they were always one step ahead in anticipating solutiions to potential event issues that I could face. Super impressed. We had a lovely day at La Parada and it has become a hit with Gonzo Runners. Thank you!
