    The food was not up to the standard I expected at La Parade. I have eaten there before. One tomato served with the broccoli dish was clearly rotten. The tuna sushi was made with tinned tuna., not fresh raw tuna. The fillet served in the tagliatta dish was unappetizing and the parmesan shavings not freshly grated. The prawns were good, though.

    Great venue. Service on Mothers day was shocking, very very slow and food was not to the normal standard.

    Would be nice if the fireplace is on in winter, as it is cold now, and the fountain outside in working order.

    Hi, please educate your staff to handover patrons properly. If the person that seats you down and offers a customer drinks, we then assume that he/she will be the waiter however in our case she disappeared then we were wondering what was going on then the next thing we were served by someone else. We literally had 4 different staff serving us in a space of 2 hours. Whereas is the first waiter that receives you offers you drinks then that waiter should advise that he or she will now hand you over to CXXXCC as a designated waiter.

    We booked at your restaurant to celebrate my son's birthday with his friends. The overall experience was a great one and they had a wonderful time with one exception - keeping hungry teen boys waiting an hour for their food is almost criminal! They ordered pizza, sushi and various desserts which they really enjoyed.

    Waiter was not trained, had to come back multiple times to confirm orders, he also forgot to bring some items. Pork had a thick unrendered layer of fat on it and the meat was so hard, it was inedible, left most of it on the plate. The prawn pasta was too spicy with big chunks of chillies, never mind the large pieces of garlic which was clearly not chopped properly. Overall really poor experience, prices are high, the place is empty on a Saturday night and it's very clear why. There is a DJ playing house music, what a waste of money! Won't be back if they pay me.
