    The service was initial good, until we placed our food order. As the night progress the service was non-existing. Drinks ordered never arrived. one persons food was only brought to the table about 10 minutes after everyone else had their food (and only after we enquired - once we managed to get a waiter). The food is over priced for the quality of the food. Zero value for money. The grilled calamari was oily, the truffle potato skins cold and the wagyu beef potstickers were a huge disappointment- not even sure there was any meat in them. Had this dish over the past weekend at Paradisio (by La Parada) and it was 100% more tasty. I do not recommend any person wasting money by eating at this "tourist trap" of a restaurant. Ambience not the best - also our night was negatively affected by a table of loud and obnoxious drunk men who shouted at the waiters for service. Was a huge fan of La Parada Parkmore - the food there was amazing.

    The waiter forced us to pay a higher tip than what was on the bill. Her service was slow. The pasta was overcooked and it was a prawn pasta dish but there were only 3 prawns in that dish. Very disappointing and I don’t think I’ll be coming back.

    The two guys at the table next to us had their shoes off & lying on the couch. The guy closest to us needs to see a podiatrist. The fact that restaurant staff didn't stop this is proof that the standard has gone down & will only get worse. It was as though the guy was at a bus terminal or train station waiting for a long distance train to go back home to his country, while his papers were being sorted out.
