    Made a booking for a bday dinner, confirmed it twice but no one knew about it when we got there yet they kept saying there’s no way we missed it. Some waitress refused to take our order and said we can only order a bottle (we don’t really drink alcohol), our food order took forever and when the food finally came, it was cold and bland. The same waitress took condiments and serviettes to other people so by the time we got our food, we had no condiments and serviettes. Imagine that experience for a bday dinner?! Pathetic service to say the least

    I’ve been to La Parada multiple times and have always had a good experience which is why yesterday was so disappointing. The service was incredibly slow but the biggest issue was the booking system. I specifically booked a table inside yet when I arrived, there were no indoor tables available. When I asked what the point of making a reservation was if my table wasn’t being held I was met with a blank stare instead of an explanation or solution. It was frustrating especially because I expected better based on my previous visits. I hope the reservation process and customer service improve.

    Worst experience ever. Despite booking and confirming in advance, I was treated terribly. In the end, I wasn’t even assisted. Very disappointing.

    Our table with booking was labelled and how times I confirmed it was given to other people We were moved from pilar to post, the extract fan not working properly we left smelling kitchen It became kinda shebeen atmosphere at later around 8pm, not the environment I can go to again I have been to Rosebank & Sandton one but this one never to go there ever again 😳😳

    It was a struggle to figure out which door to use, there was no one waiting to receive us at the door Then when the waiter finally came to me, I told him I had a reservation he then hesitated and then showed us to a table far from the screens(I booked during a match day) which I refused. I showed him a table that was unoccupied and he said it was reserved, I told him that I also reserved a table he then said those people came to book in person. So reservation made online do not matter in this establishment, my booking was made two weeks in advance.It was a cold night and no one was mending the doors so everytime a patron exited or entered the door was left open and I had to keep standing up to close it. The food was good but the service was subpar.
