Set in a converted house in central Franschhoek, the atmosphere at Le Bon Vivant is homely and relaxed, while reminiscent of contemporary French restaurants. The glass wall allows you to see Pierre Hendriks and his team at work. Tables are also available in the shaded garden next to the restaurant for lunch and dinner on warm summer evenings.

    Highly recommend this gem of a restaurant. Amazingly tallented chef Pierre and fantastic staff. The bitterballen and blesbok main course are excellent.

    Paul is owner and chef and he runs an excellent kitchen. His sous chefs are masters at presentations. And, the food is excellent!
