    The service and the ambience were great but then again 12 Apostles typical do both of those well. So, we were very pleased with that. I was quite underwhelmed by the High Tea itself. Firstly, you wait quite a long time for it to be served - we waited about 48 minutes. and given that the high tea is only for a bout 2 hours, its quite a long time. You are also only allowed to top up once, which we didn't know. The savoury treats are not a lot so we wanted more of that but couldn't really get more than once, and there were 3 people. If we were told that we can only top up once, then we would have asked all at once. And when you ask for the top up, they don't seem super keen on giving it. It's a bit weird frankly. So, the vibe was good, the people are nice but the hgh tea is average and for almost R700 a pop, I would have expected a lot more, and for Mothers Day no less.
