    Booked date night at Level Seven, walking into the hotel reception we were greeted with great smiles and a warm welcome. It was upon entering the restaurant on the top floor that the staff was cold and uninterested. We requested to move our seating to the Skybar instead as the initial table that was reserved for us was just in the middle of no where and looked like no effort was put in. What would have been nice is a photo of where our table would be when booking as that makes that choice easier. The service at the Skybar was also less than expected, our waitress never offered a friendly greeting or smile, and we were being really nice as we always are to service staff, the table behind us though was getting attention and received their food earlier than us, our mains took almost a full hour to get to us. Very disappointing, we will not be back.

    The best restaurant I’ve been to in Johannesburg! We were a group of 6 and everyone enjoyed their meal, from starter to dessert. I will definitely be coming back.
