Disappointing Experience at Level Seven Restaurant, Bredell We visited Level Seven Restaurant in Bredell with high expectations, especially given its reputation as an upmarket, internationally styled venue. Sadly, the experience fell far short of what one would expect at this level. To start, we were handed a plastic stand with a QR code instead of being presented with a premium, printed menu that reflects the elegance the restaurant claims to offer. This set an underwhelming tone right from the beginning. We placed our order for starters and mains, only to discover that four main dishes, including the duck my wife had been looking forward to (we were celebrating her birthday), were unavailable. When I asked the waitress if there were other items not on offer, she confirmed the shortage. This lack of menu availability, particularly at a high-end establishment, suggests either poor planning from the chef or mismanagement overall. With limited options, my wife reluctantly ordered the Braised Pork Belly, while I went with what I assumed would be a safe, top-tier choice—the ribeye steak. Unfortunately, the dishes were another letdown. The pork belly was mostly fat with minimal meat, and my ribeye was heavily overseasoned and so tough it felt like I needed a chainsaw to cut through the sinew. Disheartened and disappointed, especially given the occasion, we chose not to order dessert. I paid the bill, and we left feeling as though we had been shortchanged on what was meant to be a special evening.

Perhaps the DJ can collect more music instead of subjecting patrons to the same songs over and over. The restaurant is beautiful, and the food was delicious! Pinkie was a great waitress who took amazing pictures!
