Life Is Good Café is a vibrant, creative space in Woodstock, Cape Town, where great food meets interactive experiences. Best known for its signature Brush & Brew Sip & Paint sessions, guests can enjoy a guided 2-hour painting experience in a relaxed, welcoming setting.

Ideal for couples, friends, team-building events, and travellers, it’s the perfect spot to unwind, connect, and get creative — whether over coffee or a full experience.

Brush & Brew Pricing:
• Standard: R450 pp (excl. VAT)
• Groups (4+): From R1400 per group (R350 pp excl. VAT – promo)
• Additional guests: R390–R450 pp (excl. VAT)

Includes all art materials, guided session, and studio time. Selected packages include food & drinks, or order from the café menu.

    I really enjoyed my time at Life is Good Café. The owner was incredibly helpful and took the time to ensure that I got the painting I wanted, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The brushes were unfortunately a bit old and brittle, which resulted in a few mistakes during the process. However, it wasn't a major issue and nothing I can't live with. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and I would happily visit again.

    My friend and I went for breakfast and it was very very disappointing. Our food was cold, eggs were rubbery, chips were half burnt, the bread was old, and I'm not sure that what we received was macon or just chilli polony. They didn't have sausage so they gave one chicken strip to me and one wing to my friend instead. We didn't receive the mushrooms that was supposed to be included, the baked beans were thrown in a bowl straight from the tin and warmed. We received our cappuccinos, with a little bit of sugar in a big plastic jar that we had to scoop out with long dessert spoons. The server just disappeared, never checked up on us and when we were done eating what we could of the ice cold meal, we got up and left. Will definitely not recommend.
