    Dear management I ate at your restaurant 6 months ago and paid by Zapper only to realize after I had paid that you had already added a 10 percent service charge on which I added a further tip. I found this distasteful also undertook never to return. Unfortunately I did not follow my instincts and returned to note that you are following the same practice where you add a 10 percent tip without advising the customers and then put a place for a further opportunity to the waitresses. this is totally unacceptable. It is written on the menu that you will charge a 10 % tip. the service was excellent however the food is nowhere near to what it used to be. the bang bang prawns were eatable, the sole was underdone and the calamari was excellent. It is a sad day sad day That such a great Durban restaurant Has deteriorated to this level.
