    Food - portion was ok, and meat was braai/ed well Value - A bit over priced Service - Very bad, no communication, waiter will tell you 15 mins, then they will take an hour or more to get back to you with no apology. So much delays. Ambience - Good music, but the sitting settings were not convenient and there were hubbly/smoking in every corner. (They suppose to have dedicated smoking area.) Additionally, they charge you over 10% “service fee” on your bill arrival/presentation, without your consent, and still have “gratitude section” on your receipt. I think Ideally, people should give tips willingly and can even give more than 10%, but not to enforce it on the bill. My overall rating is 3 out of 5, so I hope the management will pay close attention to these little concerns for their business.
