    Lucio’s has been my favourite restaurant for many years and it has never disappointed. Our grandson told is that it is his new favourite as well. He cleaned his plate. That happens very rarely. The service is always outstanding.

    The only thing is that the website said 11 30 pm it closes but we were rusted after 9 pm when we were still there

We’re sorry that you felt rushed towards the end of your evening. Our current closing time on Fridays and Saturdays is 22h00, and our website and social platforms have been updated accordingly. We will, however, check again to make sure there are no outdated references to the previous 23h30 time appearing anywhere online. Our team does begin normal closing procedures as we approach the end of service, but these should never interfere with a guest who is still enjoying their evening, so we absolutely take your point and will address this with the team.     I had the panzerotti napoletana, the pasta was nice, however I did not like the sauce. It was not authentic Italian, tasted like it came out a can.

We would just like to reassure you that our panzerotti is made from scratch in-house, using our long-standing Lucio’s recipes and quality ingredients. We do use imported Italian canned tomatoes as one of the traditional base ingredients in our cooking, but our sauces are prepared in-house and are certainly not ready-made canned sauces. We appreciate your feedback and have shared it with our kitchen team.     I we have been coming to Lucio’s since 1987. The new deco is a nice upgrade but the food was not up to its usual standard. Something has change! Woke up in the night feeling very thirsty. Too much salt in the food and my meal of chicken and spinach was overcooked. Mexicana pizza was also overcooked.
