    I love Lupa; the food was great. Unfortunately, our waitress service was not great. I think it is a training issue. She did not introduce herself to us and was very slow to clear dishes from our table. The restaurant wasn't busy. I would suggest that the management just pay attention to these finer things.

    Loved everything about the experience except when they initially couldn't find my booking and wanted to seat me "anywhere". Other than that snag it was a great experience. Food is amazing!

    Anna our waitress was amazing. The front desk manager is always hospitable, warm and really hilarious. The food is always delicious. Easy to get lost in the great ambiance and food coupled with great company.

    Excellent restaurant, best decision I made was moving from the rude midstream lupa to lupa waterfall, thank you for the delicious food and excellent service!
